The Wynwood Walls Museum Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our curated art and apparel. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags are attached and delicate art pieces are properly secured.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
